Reddbox uses the information provided by you while adding a product. It uses the ‘Date of Purchase’ and the ‘Warranty Period’ to calculate the Start and End date; and displays the information ring with appropriate colour.
The warranty information is calculated from the ‘Date of Purchase’ and ‘Warranty Period’. However, these fields are optional while adding a new product. So if you have skipped these 2 fields while adding a product, Reddbox will not show any warranty information.
Sharing is one of the key feature of Reddbox. This is our attempt to simplify the process of sharing household content information such as Manual, Notes or even the current status of warranty.
This way any one member in the family can add a product in a property binder and then share it with everyone else in the family.
A list of products and services will be available soon on our platform. This ranges from various property related insurance to property maintenance services. Reddbox will be a self-serviced digital platform to Buy and Manage all these services at a very competitive rates.
Reddbox app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. The data is stored on a secure server in an industry-leading cloud service provider. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges

We understand that there is no right or wrong way of organising paperwork. But going digital offers few benefits, such as – finding information is easy, no more worry about the fading receipts and many more. You can either use an existing category such as Appliance, Gadget or can create a new as per your requirement to group the products.
User Manuals are identified by the Manufacturer and the Model information provided by you while adding the product. So, an incorrect model number could be the reason for not showing the manual. However, sometimes our database is not updated with all the manufacturer/model details and in those cases, we will endeavour our best to find the information as soon as possible.
We are a London based company and started populating our database from UK based Stores and Manufacturer brands. We are now working to update our database of customer care details for various other countries.

If you have used “Sign in with Apple” to register with us and chose to “hide your email”, then Apple shares a proxy email instead the original email. That’s why you see an unknown email in the user account.
If you logout and don’t remember the proxy email (unknown) then just repeat the process of “Sign in with Apple” and you will find all your information intact.
